So, this is where we, at AuthorityHop will help everyone in the audience truly understand what’s going on.This Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj rap beef may end up serving the culture afterall. It’s one of the best examples we have to date, of the Difference between Hip Hop and Hip Pop.

This is what we call, Hip Pop. Nicki Minaj is popular with a lot of people who are focused on how much money she has made. However, is that hip hop? Remy Ma went all the way in on Nicki, for 7 full minutes. Her response, was to bring out Drake, and Lil Wayne to make a ‘hit record’. With her fan base, this has been pretty well received.  Drake’s verse is decent, but not one of his best. Lil Wayne has been mailing it in, but still kinda came with it. “I don’t need no fuck bitches in and out my life” – yea that’s something we can relate to.

No one wants a fraud in their life. Cool song….

Still, this isn’t giving ‘the fans’ what they really want. So, No Frauds is No Good. Ultimately.

We want rap battles with our rap beef. Nicki just made a song that, in general hits back, but not really. While throwing a few jabs, ultimately she kinda bowed out by having her homies jump in. We get it. Nicki isn’t worried about Remy Ma. It’s an interesting kinda diss, but still isn’t what gains ‘respect’ for an MC’s ability to truly MC.  A challenge was issued, and the response just wasn’t respected, outside of her very large, and loud fanbase.

Since she decided to dishonor the culture, we had to keep this rating accurate; 2 Trash cans for No Frauds.
