Goodie MOb was one of several groups that branched from the Outkast Tree. They were featured on several songs from Outkasts’ classic first album. They dropped several albums and this single, Decisions, Decisions on a DJ Muggs mixtape in 1997, Soul Assassins 1. Back when Cee-lo Green was still one of the dopest lyracists in hip hop, he came with one of it’s most historic verses. Appreciate that with us!

This was a crucial moment in Hip Hop. What the east coast/west coast beef created at that time, truly, was a lot of outside interest. This is right around the time when big money was starting to come into the industry. Lots of MCs stopped rapping about that real, and started taking paychecks to be well behaved instead. Looking back on it now, this song was so timely and also prophetic. Along with several other entries on this mixtape.
